According to this article on VentureBeat, the Microsoft Minecraft team showed off gameplay for Minecraft Dungeons at the E3 conference and it's looking really good.

Minecraft Dungeons is a new game, due in Spring 2020, that plays as a four-player cooperative game. It will be a lot like the classic arcade game Gauntlet.
